Kfc - Twin Falls

I went there on my lunch break, got to the speaker to order and got told the cook just came back from break and it was going to be 30 mins on chicken... can no... read more I went there on my lunch break, got to the speaker to order and got told the cook just came back from break and it was going to be 30 mins on chicken... can no one else cook it? I than told the employee on the speaker give me one second to rethink myorder because I was debating whether or not to get mash potatoes and Mac and cheese still... than I hear okay have a nicenight. I sat there saying hello for 2 minutes with no response, drove up to the window with no one in front of me and only onecar behind me, just to get told they can 't take orders through the window and I had to drive back around to order at thespeaker.

App said order was ready for pick up, wasn 't in the pick up area. Tried to ask a male kid employee where it was and was told to shh and he walked away. Couple... read more App said order was ready for pick up, wasn 't in the pick up area. Tried to ask a male kid employee where it was and was told to shh and he walked away. Couple in the lobby said they had a similar experience and had decided they were going through thedrive thru. Decided to do that too only to be told at the window that I couldn 't pick up the order there. Went home and tried tohave the restaurant refund it but they refused and gave me a number to call. The customer line was very helpful at least! Theytold me the store was capable of issuing a refund and handing out togo orders through the drive thru. I was able to get myrefund from them. I really wanted to love this KFC but I 'll just have to get my chicken fix elsewhere.

Thisis the second time This has happened. Food is good, service sucks.

You often have to check if you have all your items, if you received the correct items, and if they gave you the sauces you asked for. The food is usually good. However with servicethis bad I dont usually come here. The last time I came through the drive-through they got my order correct but had me wait 10minutes for my order. The sauce I asked for was not included. So I went inside to ask for the missing sauce to find 4 customersat tables. 3 customers at the register. One was trying to order food and was waiting so long she went to the restroom. One wasa doordash driver who's order was missing mashed potatoes. The third customer did not receive the type of chicken she ordered.Meanwhile 3 kids were standing in the chicken talking about lifting weights. One was walking back and forth aimlessly and I didnot see the other two employees. I had to wave down one of the employees after waiting 10 minutes with no acknowledgement justto get my sauce. Come here at your own risk. Or if your not in a hurry.

Ho... read more Every time we've visited KFC, we've used the drive-thru and have never faced long wait times. Our orders have always been accurately packed, which is a plus. However, on two occasions, we had to wait for our food to be brought to us. It felt unusual, as one time we had a large order with no cars behind us, and the other time we only ordered three meals while there were cars waiting behind us. The KFC menu is great, but the inconsistency in wait times could be improved.
