This restaurant is a great spot for Taco Tuesday, with fantastic sea bass and baja fish tacos, along with amazing chips & salsa. While the prices can be a bit high, happy hour on Taco Tuesday is a must. The service can have some hiccups, such as language barriers and confusion about reservations, but the food quality is excellent. The ambiance and location are top-notch, with beautiful views of the canyon and delicious dishes like pork chop with huckleberry butter. While some dishes like chicken masala may be hit or miss, the overall experience is worth a visit, although some may not feel the need to return. The view of the canyon is a highlight, but beware that high winds or fires can affect outdoor seating availability. The service is praised for knowledge of the menu and excellent attentiveness. The restaurant is raved about for its top-notch service, quality food like ribeye and superb drinks, including the I’m Your Huckleberry Mojito. The prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes is highly recommended, as well as the rolls with huckleberry cinnamon butter.

For years I am coming to the Elevation whenever I'm in town and always enjoyed it. Except for today after the bartender send someone to yell after me that I forgot to pay, while I just stepped out to take a picture of the canyon. That was a very upsetting experience. I have never being treated like that and I will not be back.

Menu: Covers beef, fish, pasta, vegetarian, fowl (even quail! . Plenty of choices making it a difficult decision. Ambiance: seating both outside in. Our table on the patio offered the incomparable view of the canyon. Service: just right attentive, helpful but respectful of our meal enjoyment. Quality: Wonderful! Many establishments fall down in this dimension when the location is a draw not the case at all here. A medium rare prime rib was perfectly cooked, accompanied by creamy garlic mashed potatoes. The trout was fantastic, accompanied by coconut rice. Bar service was perfect, too no watered down drinks here. Value: Tops!!

Great location, makes up for mediocre food? Located on the gorge, this is a beautiful location with great views. However, they rely on this to make up for ok food and drink. What should be a hallmark, fried green beans, are deep fried in old oil and have no flavor. The halibut was moist, but the chicken wings and coconut shrimp also suffer from over-used oil. If coming here, I'd recommend the main dish and a drink, and avoid apps. Enjoy the view and call it a day.
