Rubios is good! Just not this one. They tried to close early and already had all the chairs up on the tables . They served us in paper plates and plastic forks and put our food in to go bags when we sat down to eat. That is how they brought it out. I used to manage a Rubios, and this was not the standard. Shame on this place. I loved working at Rubios because it was a legitimate casual dining pace with class. View all feedback.
