When they are out... read more Always extremely slow. 2 of the 6ish people there are on top of it. Consistently out of sandwiches. App will still let you order them though. When they are out of food and don?t have alternatives, they are not able to refund your money locally. Instead theyexpect you to call customer service yourself. Todays ordeal was the toaster was broken. Whether it is that or just being out,this is the third time my order has not been fulfilled in the last two months. Never coming back to this location. Localmanagement needs to figure it out.

They told me they only had the chive and onion ones. Okay got it since that's the ones I wanted. They gave me my order and it had the plain ones. Ordered a sandwich on a an English muffin. They said they had no plain bagels to make iton, pointed out that it's actually on English muffin, they repeated they had no plain bagels. At that point we gave up and saidokay put it on an everything bagel, sandwich was made on a sesame bagel.
