It tasted more like plastic than anything else. And I asked for a 1/2 dozen random donuts. I happened to randomly slice the jelly donut and half no Jelly, so I ask why is everything so terrible and fake tasting at Dunkin'? It's like if someone was trying to replicate food by starting with chemicals and Plastic. I ended up throwing it out all of it, A complete waste of money, I will never go back.

Waited in line with my toddler and another customer behind me just cut in front of when we were getting ready to order and the employees didn’t say or do anything. After eating a donut and asking for the code to empty restroom, employee decided not to give me the code and made me wait until he was ready to enter it himself. Will not be visiting this location again.

Nested in the south tustin area, near the train station ?, this area is clean, organized, and open early in the morning, inviting and visited by friendly people. Inside, super clean, somewhat busy, lots of sitting areas, and available wifi. Drinks and donuts ? were superb!

Always extremely slow. 2 of the 6ish people there are on top of it. Consistently out of sandwiches. App will still let you order them though. When they are out... read more Always extremely slow. 2 of the 6ish people there are on top of it. Consistently out of sandwiches. App will still let you order them though. When they are out of food and don?t have alternatives, they are not able to refund your money locally. Instead theyexpect you to call customer service yourself. Todays ordeal was the toaster was broken. Whether it is that or just being out,this is the third time my order has not been fulfilled in the last two months. Never coming back to this location. Localmanagement needs to figure it out.
