Contribute FeedbackDespite some recent negative experiences, El Torito has made significant improvements. The new outdoor dining option in Tustin is a hit, and the Sunday brunch buffet received high praise. While acknowledging post-Covid staffing challenges, diners have reported excellent service and delicious food. The crispy taco combo and chicken enchiladas have been highlighted as particularly outstanding dishes. The inviting atmosphere and attentive staff have left customers feeling like royalty. With minor hiccups along the way, including long waits and minor cleanliness issues, El Torito is back on track with a renewed focus on customer satisfaction.
Inaccurate description of items that are being offered for Father’s Day brunch. Took over 20min to get drinks. Service was horrible. Reordered items and one never came. I had to track down server to even cash out. I’ve been to other El Toritos and I worked for the company before and used to be a trainer so I’m very understanding when it comes to service. I’ve worked in restaurants for over 15yrs and our server touched our table twice only. Even if it was brunch it was not as busy as other restaurants we’ve gone to brunch to previously. I was very disappointed coming from cypress to try to experience another restaurant that I had not gone to since I’ve been to most el toritos. I do say I won’t be back to this one again…
For more than double the price of what the Buffet used to be, the food was less than desirable.
We had a reservation so the wait wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately the quality of food wasn’t the best neither was the selection. The floor was sticky (looked kind of dirty) and there was a smell. Unfortunately it felt like we were at a low budget buffet. I was expecting a better experience on Father’s Day.
Great experience! From the moment we stepped in we had the best service. Highly recommend to any and all.
Service was awesome food was good. it really well ran! will be back again for sure!
