Was only 1 person when we arrived there and you could say she was tired. It was about 1:30 and there was a pretty good line. Even tho she was tired she had a smile and was friendly. The food was good as usual, but the service we received from this woman was great. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
I was in This subway today. These girls obviously need to change career path because they do not like their job. They were rude to everyone who came in. But they were still especially rude to a sweet elderly man. They were so impatient with him because he was using a coupon. He was on a walker and doing his best. It's so simple to grab a sandwich and inadvertently consume 1200 calories. I really appreciate Subway because I can get a flavorful, healthy sandwich packed with all the vegetables I love. I can also enjoy a salad tailored to my preferences without breaking the bank, as salads at other restaurants often cost $8.00 or more. Fortunately, there's a Subway in nearly every town, making it a better option than eating at gas stations where meals can have up to 3000 calories. Every Subway I've visited has been enthusiastic about providing a great sandwich.
I absolutely love this restaurant! It's consistently good and very clean. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly!
It sure beats waiting over 15 minutes for a sub at Firehouse, but for quality for price be sure to go to Jimmy Johns.
The last 2 times we ordered from this location, we ordered online, the same thing that we order from other Subway locations with no issues, and for the second time we got the wrong meat on our subs, and they left out the bacon. The associate who answered my call immediately blamed her training and only offered to cook more bacon and add it to the sandwich if we want to bring it back, I am simply going to leave this review of my experience and save my gas money by not going back. Customers shouldn 't have to check their food before leaving a store or restaurant, and, the food is supposed to be remade and refunded to ease the troubled customer of their additional time and gas when a correction needs to be made that is the company 's fault and as a Servsafe person who has done her share of food service, I know you are not supposed to be taking food back across the counter, especially once it has been opened! Treat customers the way you want to be treated or you simply lose their business.
I have never encountered such blatant racism at a store before. The two female employees who were working today were rude and unprofessional. They expressed their disdain for serving white customers and even messed up our orders. They couldn't get them right and burned our bread as well.
