Our time here was all great until our server tried to scam... read more Came here with friends for vacation. Had a great time. Order food and drinks, and swam in the cenote. Our time here was all great until our server tried to scam us. The first sign should have been when our server lied about not having coffee and then he got caught when we mentioned it was on the menu, which he brought out later. But the main issue was when our bill came. We ordered 5 pitchers of margaritas. But funny how each pitcher had exactly the number of drinks of people in our party which was 11. The idea was to save money with the pitchers. I actually have those exact pitchers. There’s 6 drinks max in them, definitely not 11. We had to negotiate our bill down. It was clear this guy was trying to fleece us for as much money as he could. Then after we paid, he came back later with two halves of a $100 bill claiming we paid with that. We didn’t. Then he changed his story and said we could take it back to the US and swap it out and wanted to swap that with our other money. We of course said no. This guy was so blatant with his scamming. It was a huge bummer. We had a great time at this cenote and it left a bad taste in our mouths having this guy be such a lying thief. So be warned if you go here and double check all your prices before ordering.

The cocktails are very good as well as the food, nothing to complain about, we got what we paid for. Just a little advice: cheesecake is not cheesecake, remove it from your menu.
