Our room was clean and comfortable, the courtyard, pool, and rooftop were gorgeous, and the staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. Plus, the location is great--centrally located with easy access (via bike, car, or if you're ambitious, on foot) to downtown Tulum, the archaeological site, and beach access points. Great spot, would definitely stay here again!

Not only is the location perfect and the rooms nicely appointed, but the staff was excellent and knowledgeable. Special shout out to bartenders Rodrigo and Augustin, who were absolute professionals and made the stay even better by their presence. Front desk staff Rosy and Jesus were exceptional, kind, and friendly. Thank you for making our stay amazing. Highly recommended.

Staff are excellent, rooms and spaces are clean and thoughtfully appointed. Restaurant is delicious with friendly and professional serviceman beautiful plates.
