The only complaint is the music is excessively loud throughout the dinner making conversation difficult, then ramped up around 9pm for the later seating. For that reason alone we would not go back. Best for a younger crowd.

We ordered medium rare for the tomahawk, it came so extremely undercooked nobody at my table enjoyed it. Keep in mind we love our steak medium rare to rare so for us to complain about it being undercooked is very unusual. Four of us shared the steak and two sides. The sides were cold (asparagus, mashed potatoes) and were expensive. But what was most unbelievable was the drink price. The drinks are the only thing you cannot find the price online, by our math they were around $40 each. We felt extremely conned at the end of our dinner reaching 1000usd. Just ask for prices in the beginning if you’re concerned. We did have a wonderful time but couldn’t hear eachother at all and didn’t feel the bill fit what we ordered. This is more expensive than my most fancy dinner in the states. Also definitely run by cartel so we didn’t feel comfortable debating prices That being said the fire show was cool. Keep an eye out and have fun in Tulum.
