Having tired of Mexican food, we decided to give Nao a try for some sushi. We were pretty pleased with the results in terms of quality and execution, and our server was terrific. Nice to have AC in the restaurant too! Have to say that the flavors are more traditional Japanese, compared with a more local flare (incorporating more local fish and fruits) than we found in Baja on a previous trip. Thank you so much to Danny and crew for making this the best experience we could’ve had! Ever since arriving in Tulum, we were needing a good sushi restaurant and we found just a place! Plus the service was outstanding, we felt so welcomed and...at home. I would definitely recommend this place and it’s awesome staff!

Wonderful place to dine oriental cousine. Great musice ambiance. Dumplings, sushi, rice and udon… everything perfect. We’m surely come back soon.
The seaweed salad and sushi was amazing! They infused their soy sauce which was awesome! Great service!
