Very disappointing. Seated quickly on a Sunday afternoon. I don’t know if it was the server having too many tables or he just wasn’t any good. I tend to think young people today just don’t have man skills as servers. I ordered the meatloaf, loaded baked potato and salad. Salad had some bad lettuce on it very skimpy. The meatloaf was descent not sure if it was a seasoned frozen meat patty. My baked potato was delivered with a dab of sour cream only. It took contacting a 3rd server to get some butter, sour cream and cheese. They put both the sour cream and cheese in the same 1oz container. I ended up taking it home and dressing it up later. Husbands filet no marbling, chewy. Asparagus was way too large and hard sautéed mushrooms if we had to guess from a jar and floating in a butter mixture. Baked Potatoe same as mine. We won’t be going back to any Outback.
I am a pick up type and it's always on time and fresh or they make it right. Very good customer service!
Our server was Eric (VY). I have to tell you he was absolutely outstanding. I have encountered some so-so servers throughout the years at different restaurants, but he definitely left an impression that made me want to return. He had great drink suggestions, He was very fun and upbeat, he checked in on us several times. He just went that extra mile he really didn't have to. He's a fantastic addition to your establishment. I worked in food and beverage and hospitality for almost 20 years and you are very lucky to have such a dedicated staff member who cares about your customers!
