The food is always hot and seems as fresh as fast food can get. Iv never had them mess up an order. The only down side I can see is sometimes it takes a while even in drive thru with no other cars, however everywhere is short staff so I wouldn’t hold it against them.

It was late, and we had already been turned away from two other restaurants due to insufficient staff to accommodate our group of six. However, the team at Fazoli's was very welcoming, and the food was served quickly, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I was incredibly grateful for the experience. It's clear that the management here is doing a fantastic job!

The staff is friendly and attentive, regularly checking in on us to see if we need more breadsticks or anything else during our meal. We truly enjoy dining here!
