I was happily surprised by how reasonable the prices were. Having just moved here from California, I would gladly give this place 10 stars if I could. Frank

The breadsticks... read more The restaurant seemed to be short-staffed, and they were clearly struggling to keep up. My meal was disappointing; it was cold and unappetizing. The breadsticks were not fresh, and the pasta had been sitting out for too long, leaving it hard. They offered me extra Alfredo sauce, but it didn't improve the dish at all.

It was late, and we had already been turned away from two other restaurants due to insufficient staff to accommodate our group of six. However, the team at Fazoli's was very welcoming, and the food was served quickly, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I was incredibly grateful for the experience. It's clear that the management here is doing a fantastic job!

The staff is friendly and attentive, regularly checking in on us to see if we need more breadsticks or anything else during our meal. We truly enjoy dining here!
