This neighborhood chain delivers uneven results: some dishes — notably crispy chicken with biscuits, mashed potatoes and sides — are satisfying, but service and food-safety lapses mar the experience. Guests report unfriendly drive-thru staff, a manager deflecting responsibility, incorrect orders that risk allergies, undercooked or underprepared items, and a closed buffet that diminished dining value. Improvements in training and kitchen consistency are needed.

I got a #1 drum and thigh today in drive thru. The chicken was either overcooked or left sitting for hours. The biscuit was so hard that when I tried to cut it in half, it shattered like a cracker. And I'm not exagerating. The only thing really fit toeat was the slaw that I got instead of potatoes. I won't waste my money there again.
We ordered a simple pot pie combo and a three piece chicken combo. The pot pie carrots were still crunchy in the. The chicken combo was supposed to be extra crispy, but was regular. The biscuit was almost raw in the middle. When I went to get anotherone, the worker saw me standing at the counter, but went behind the equipment.
After we got to the car, I noticed that both sandwiches had mayonnaise. I had to go back inside to resolve the issue, especially since one of us has a food allergy to mayo. When I explained the situation, the manager seemed to shift the blame onto us and was overheard mentioning something about checking the receipt, which I was never asked to provide. When we finally made it home, I discovered that the chicken in the replacement sandwich wasn’t fully cooked. We were the only car in the drive-thru the entire time, and they don’t close until 9:00 PM. They really need to improve their service.
The person at the drive-thru was quite sarcastic and not very friendly. Overall, the staff doesn't seem welcoming anymore. Additionally, it would be great if you could reopen the buffet; since it closed, the dining experience has noticeably declined. If the staff continues to be rude, we may have to look for another restaurant to dine at.
