We all know how frustrating it can be when delivery orders go wrong, but thanks to Ofelia, the Manager at this Wing Stop location, my order inquiry was made extremely easy and pleasant. She was kind and understanding, quickly realizing where the mix ups occurred and sending the correct order without any hassle. Not only did I receive the corrected order, but also my entire initial order plus a few extras. A big thank you to Ofelia for her kindness and professionalism, it is greatly appreciated!
