Contribute FeedbackThe reviews for Reilly Craft Pizza provide a mixed perspective on the restaurant. While some customers enjoyed the delicious food and pleasant ambience, others were disappointed with slow service and cold coffee. Many praised the excellent pizza and unique dishes like the bread with pasta or salad. However, there were complaints about uneven service and being ignored by staff. Overall, Reilly Craft Pizza seems to offer tasty food and a nice atmosphere but needs to work on consistency in service quality.
The service was outstanding start to finish. They used a team service approach to perfection! Food was creative and excellent! Including the margarita pizza! We had a prix fix dinner which was a super value. Again- all food creative and superbly prepared. Fabulous cocktails to boot!
Food underseasoned. Ordered Sonoran Restaurant Week special. Salad drowning in dressing and overflowing plate; pizza crust soggy and thin and tasted like cardboard; pasta entre underseasoned (husband liked I thought more like an Olive Garden pasta) and 'gelato ' seemed to be whipped very light with lots of air, mild coffee taste. Wine by the glass house red was french wine that was uninspired no red Italian wine by the glass at an Italian restaurant! Service was poor they appear to have a main server take order and bring check with others dropping off food as ready very disorganized. Most service was to ask if my husband wanted another beer as soon as glass empty. And the noise is guaranteed to give you a headache music more appropriate for a dance club and too loud for conversation between music and a lot of people talking loudly.
Loved food service! Great experience. The bread is amazing!
Wonderful food. Just ok service. Got our appetizer and meal before our bottle of wine
1st time at Reillys. Right across the street from Pennington Parking and 2 blocks from Fox Theatre. So convenient. Food was delicious. My husband had beer and I had the Reid Park Refresher. This drink is so smooth and fresh. We had the fennell sausage and roasted peppers pizza. Wow!!! Robert was very attentive and we appreciated this since we were limited on time. A little loud but it was a Saturday night so....... We highly recommend this restaurant.
