I called them asked them to just credi... read more My Hubby stopped to pick up some lunch after going to the VA. When he got home he realized we only got half of our order. I called them asked them to just credit our card back and they refused. They said we could drive back and they would give us cash back or replace the order. It 's too far for us to travel it would cost us more in gas to go all the way back. Talked to Aslin and she said She would write a note to give us a free one next time we came there. I feel like this is incredibly poor customer service if you don 't know how to reverse a transaction , maybe you need more Training!!!!!

My husband actually had his first job there, and I think our memories make the burgers and shakes seem even bigger than they truly are—after all, it has been over 50 years! I highly recommend stopping by for a burger, fries, and a shake; you won't be let down. Make sure to support the young employees; my husband loved his time working there. Enjoy your visit!

The bacon cheeseburger was dry, and even though I ordered their new Banana Pudding Shake, I ended up paying for it all. To my surprise, I later discovered that the shake machine was broken. Why let me pay for it if the machine is out of order? They didn’t offer to refund me the difference; instead, I was just given an apple pie. Never again. Next time, I’ll choose Sonic.
