The burgers are good for fast food standards. This time the fries were lacking salt. Not sure if the drive thru attendant was having an off day. Had to repeat my order several times because of lack of concentration or trying to get too many things doneat once. Will have to give it another try on a different day
I know this is a new location but it was clean. I have not felt more comfortable in a fast food place in a while. And my food was fresh and fries crispy. I enjoyed me meal it was very satisfying. I got a double meat and added blue cheese and a mediumcoke. The staff was very polite and took my order and even tho it was packed it took maybe 10min to get my food. This visit wasdefiantly a 5 star experience. Also they shake white chocolate strawberry was very good.. Definitely a must try if you like itsweet.
Service was amazing, this was my first experience at a whataburger. The staff was amazing they took our order accurately and it came out fairly quick. The manager was also really great he greeted my husband and I and made us feel welcomed. The restaurantwas super clean too.
I went to this wendy's location on the 15th of february 2024, and unfortunately, I went through the drive-through at 4 pm. The line was backed up for about 7 or 8 cars, and the employees were coming out trying to give the people waiting sodas , even though they did not order a soda. After 30 minutes, my food finally arrived only to find out that I was charged for someone else's food, which was almost fifty dollars. I paid with my debit card, but the dive thru teller gave me back cash. She said that the manager charge me for somebody else's food and instead of putting the money back into my debit account , they decided to give me cash. I did not give them permission to give me cash or permission to put it back on my debit card. They decided for me which is ridiculous. Unfortunately, I don't think I was the only one to get their order confused since the line was still long when I left at 4:30 pm. I feel sorry for the cashier, and the people coming out taking money and bringing us food and having to explain for the manager's mistake, which was unbelievable. I'm sad to say I will not be going back to that Wendy's ever again, and I will be checking my bank account to make sure that they actually charge me for what they gave me since I did not get a receipt of that transaction.
I ordered a sandwich, but when I went to pay, the lady charged me for a combo meal without me noticing. I only realized it when I picked up my order. I asked for a refund, which the manager approved. However, I decided not to take the food because I had just received a text saying I had overdrafted my account. Even though she offered me the meal for free, I was so disappointed about having spent thirty-five dollars on a combo that I just left. This location is chaotic during lunchtime.
