Wendy's - Tucson

My man and I enjoy upcuits and gravy in this windy’s until today. the gravitation was watery and the cookies were so hard that they would not even soak the water. When I went back to complain, the manager offered us to make fresh before I could tell her what was wrong. she said her chef had made the serious yesterday and they made fresh cookies. when we got the fresh portions, the cookies were burned and the small piece gravy was paste. I hope this contribution will come to the right people.

The parking lot is always empty except for perhaps 2 vehicles. I decided to check it out because of the frequent TV commercials that I see. I used the drive-through. My wait was minimal. The food was very good. I ordered the $5 Combo bag. The girl at the window processed the transaction quickly, was friendly, and the meal she served was as good as hoped for. It appears that most people use their drive-through and not that many are dining in. I did not ask at the time I was there if the dining room was open. I would recommend the drive-through however for timely service and quality of the meal provided.

Very clean Wendy's. Food was hot and fresh. Lobby was very clean. The crew were very friendly and efficient. Nice to see young people with a great work ethic and positive attitude.

I like Wendy's burgers, so that was good! The fries were a little dry and very crispy! The lemonade was cold and great!

Takes too long. My order was wrong. The chilli cheese baked potato only had a tsp of chilli and maybe 5 shreds of cheddar. The burger barely had any of the veggies/bacon/fillings advertised. Overpriced!!!
