What a pleasant moment when... read more My daughter and I were coming from Pima and decided to stop at Wendy's for Togo but instead we got off and ordered from the counter. What a pleasant moment when the girls at the counter welcomed us with a smile and took our order. Our food came out fast and hot. I definitely recommend Wendy's on St. Mary's

I couldn't e... read more I took my Aunt to this restaurant on September 12th through the drive-thru at around 12pm. The young lady working at the window was extremely rude. I couldn't even finish my sentence before she responded with an attitude. I also had trouble getting a receipt because the manager was on the phone trying to print them. He asked for my phone so he could take a picture of their screen to capture my receipt, which I found strange and refused. The manager seemed overwhelmed and unsure of how to handle the situation. While I understand that mistakes happen, I do not appreciate the lack of customer service. Despite trying to be polite, I was treated poorly, which makes me not want to return. Even when receiving our food, the service was cold and unfriendly. Unfortunately, the burger I ordered was cold and turned out to be a cheeseburger instead of a regular hamburger. I apologize, Wendy's, but we will not be returning. We all have bad days, but that does not excuse poor service.

But at times i... read more Flip of the coin at this St Mary's location. During the evenings you can have the great service with the best fresh food as Wendy's is known for. But at times it falls way short, with burgers that have been sitting on the grill for a while, and cold dark refried fries. The line cooks and windows servers need attitude adjustments but it may just be a reflection of the evening shift manager.

Only reason I gave a 3star are convenient to hospital where I had a long wait, and the price with coffee instead of soft drink included in combo was $6.00+ Next time if Imust eat at this Wendy's it will be for lunch baked potato ????

If you order anything that comes with a sauce you have to keep bringing it up to make sure it makes it into thebag. I never write bad reviews but it's kinda baffling how inadequate this location is. Hire more people or train them better.??
