Only reason I gave a 3star are convenient to hospital where I had a long wait, and the price with coffee instead of soft drink included in combo was $6.00+ Next time if Imust eat at this Wendy's it will be for lunch baked potato ????

If you order anything that comes with a sauce you have to keep bringing it up to make sure it makes it into thebag. I never write bad reviews but it's kinda baffling how inadequate this location is. Hire more people or train them better.??

We addressed it and staff gave you that look like what do you want me to do.Fast food has changed. As for the key for the restroom , out of order. So I couldn't wash my hands.. This generation doesn'trealize or know anything about customer service. See if you don't have customers to buy your product you don't have a job. When we pulled up to the window she gave us the wrong receipt and we double checked with her that we only got a frosty and she assured us that it was a mistake but it's not what she actually charged us. When we get home we realized we got charged $20.
