After placing our orders, we had to wait a long time before our meals arrived. One dish was not prepared as requested - it was supposed to be toasted but came out soggy. After returning it to be toasted, it finally came out correctly. Five out of the six of us received our meals, but one person had to wait an additional 15 minutes only to find out their meal hadn't even been cooked yet. The waiter was understanding and helped with reordering. The atmosphere felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant, and as a result, we do not plan on returning.

The regular martini was served in a glass that was chipped, and the replacement glass was also chipped. We decided not to order another drink. The service was very slow and the food was just okay. Considering this restaurant is supposed to be upscale, it did not meet our expectations.

The eggs were watery and the bagels were stale. The sausage patties were also not tasty.

Training lacked, calling my lawyer.

Service was poor. The servers screwed up several of our orders. The food was mediocre. The coffee was terrible. And the price was high. You're better off going... read more Service was poor.
