Training lacked, calling my lawyer.

Service was poor. The servers screwed up several of our orders. The food was mediocre. The coffee was terrible. And the price was high. You're better off going... read more Service was poor. When we sat down, two waiters... read more As much as I loved everything about El Conquistador, this place was a joke. We we're actually laughing about how terrible it was. When we sat down, two waiters somewhat argued about who was going to take the table and who was going to go on break. Ifelt like a bother, just trying to get breakfast. The food was no more exciting than any other pretty standard hotel breakfastbuffet, except quite expensive. We chose to opt out of the buffet and order from the menu. The food all came out cold. Thebloody Mary had zero garnishing and was bland. The oatmeal was soupy, cold and brown sugar was not even offered. It had to berequested.
