Contribute FeedbackWhile the setting of this restaurant is lovely, the overall experience fell short for many patrons. Complaints included poor service, lackluster food, and slow service. One group of diners had to wait an additional 15 minutes for their meal, while others found the eggs runny and the bagels stale. The atmosphere was likened to a cafeteria rather than an upscale restaurant. Despite some positive aspects such as nice service and complimentary drinks, the noise from poolside music and chipped glassware left a negative impression. Overall, the restaurant did not meet expectations and patrons are hesitant to return.
I was not told that the breakfast ended at 11 o'clock. I made reservations at 10:45 and was told I had to eat from the brunch menu. the eggs were liquid eggs and the bagels were not fresh. the sausages were not good.

We had a nice service and it looks like they needed us to the birthday of my friends on the drinks. beautiful setting. noisy ppp music at the pool(8 on Sunday) spilled and had negative effects on the ambiente, with valet and music
The host gave us no credits for the reservation. can it be corrected to get the points?
Six of us went to have breakfast/lunch together. Unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant. After placing our orders, we had to wait a long time before our meals arrived. One dish was not prepared as requested - it was supposed to be toasted but came out soggy. After returning it to be toasted, it finally came out correctly. Five out of the six of us received our meals, but one person had to wait an additional 15 minutes only to find out their meal hadn't even been cooked yet. The waiter was understanding and helped with reordering. The atmosphere felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant, and as a result, we do not plan on returning.
