They say they close at 9pm but they... read more Worst service..Not speaking of one or two visits but EVERY time we have gone to this location, Is always a issue gone wrong. They say they close at 9pm but they should really say they close at 8:00pm. Since they stop everything from food to fountain drinks at 8pm. When we even go in a early time.they never have white steam rice..etc. The service is POOR and I had my last draw after todays visit. They placed my order incorrect..Attempted to call and they ignore their calls..They do not answer..and would not allow me to speak with a Manager..They were sarcastic and laughing after I had to go back because they did one of my orders INCORRECT. All she said was Sorry..After all the drive around and not able to eat their because they were apllying maintnance to their soda machine..at 8pm..when they close at 9pm..by 8:30 pm they already had the chairs on top of the tables..since I had to go back to correct my order. This location has alot to work from their employees to the service they provide.

She rolled her eyes, was d... read more I had a really bad experience at this restaurant today. The girl working at the drive-thru at 6pm had a terrible attitude towards me. She rolled her eyes, was disrespectful, and made me feel unwelcome. When I tried to pay with Apple Pay, my phone overheated and took a moment to turn back on. However, she was impatient and insisted that I go inside the store instead of waiting a few more seconds. I called the store to complain, but no one answered. Her customer service skills were non-existent and it was a really unpleasant experience. I think she should be fired because she has no business working there. I still want to eat at this restaurant, but I won't be returning if she is still working there.
