The drive-through experience was quite quick, and my order was completely accurate. The staff was a little pushy at first, but they allowed us time to decide after I mentioned we were still choosing. The food tasted pretty good overall. However, the orange chicken was dry and crunchy because it was overcooked. Everything else, though, was delicious.
This is undoubtedly one of the best-managed Panda Express locations I've ever visited. They quickly replenished food items as they ran low, and the plates were prepared efficiently. The service was both fast and friendly.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had at this location and I come atleast once a week. The lady who took my order didn't complete my order correctly even after repeating myself a couple of times. I got to the window and Marah G was there tocash me out. She asked if I had the Bigger plate and I said yes. I also had an order of the rangoons but I didn't think I had torepeat that because I had double checked with the person who took my order. Once I got my receipt I of course checked it and Iwas missing the order of rangoons. I told Marah that I had ordered them and her response was very nasty. She said that I shouldhave clarified that to her because she wasn't the one who took my order instead of simply charging me the rangoons I asked for.Once she handed me the rangoons she only gave me two and I don't doubt that that was done out of pettiness. So I sat in my carwaiting for her to come back to the window and once she did, she asked if I needed anything else and I told her that I only gottwo rangoons and that there are usualy three in one order and she gave me the biggest eye roll and the nastiest attitude. Whichtook me by surprise because she messed up and I got no apology for the inconvenience. If I had given a customer at my work placethe experience that Marah gave me today, I would have lost my job. I called the store not long after to speak to the managerAshley to make her aware about Marah's attitude and she apologized and said she would refund me my order and that she would talkto her. I don't think Marah should be working the drive thru with the kind of customer service she's giving out. I will not bereturning to this location.
I visited the restaurant for dine-in, but we received our food to-go, as if we were being hurried out. Before leaving, I went to use the restroom, only to find that it was closed a half hour before the restaurant's official closing time. This is completely unacceptable! I don’t understand why they would close the restaurant early—perhaps they’re not being compensated fairly—but it’s outrageous to have a dine-in experience without accessible restrooms. It’s illegal! Do I need to spell it out? People have needs after eating. Next time I come in an hour before closing, I might just wear a skirt in case I have to find another way to relieve myself!
That was the worst experience I've ever had at this point, and I'll come once a week. The lady who took my order did not finish my order correctly even after a few times. I came into the window and Marah G was there to get me out. She asked if I had the bigger record and I said yes. I also had an order of the Ranchons, but I didn't think I had to repeat that because I had double checked with the person who took my order. As soon as I got my receipt, I checked it naturally and I miss the order of the ranch. I told Marah that I had ordered her and her answer was very bad. She said I should have told her because she wasn't the one who took my order instead of just charging the rangoons I asked. Once she gave me the rangoons, she gave me only two and I don't doubt that this was done out of horror. So I sat in my car waiting for her to come back in the window and once she asked if I needed something else and I told her I had only two ransoms and that there are usually three in one order and she gave me the greatest eye role and the evil attitude. What surprised me because she messed up and I didn't get an apology for the inconvenience. If I had given a customer to my job the experience Marah gave me today, I would have lost my job. I didn't call the store long after talking to the manager Ashley to make them aware of Marah's attitude and she apologized and said she would refund my order and she would talk to her. I don't think Marah should work with the customer service she is spending. I will not return to this place.
