I don't need hearing aids yet, but I do sometimes need people to repeat things a little louder and clearer as I really struggle with low or muffled hearing. The speaker in the drive through at this location sucks, which I consistently forget, and its the only one I've struggled with. The last couple of times I have gone and gone through the drive thru, I have been yelled at by the lady taking the orders when I explained I have bad hearing and was struggling to hear her. It seems to be the same employee but I have no idea who it is. I dont get upset, and I try to be understanding because I understand it's frustrating when it gets busy, but I don't think its too much to ask for a little patience. I can't change my ears. So either train your employees better or replace the speaker.

The chow mein was greasy, the rice had an odd flavor, and the sesame chicken’s coating was soggy. I tried calling six times within an hour to request the fortune cookies for my restless kids, but no one answered. We had issues on a previous visit as well. We’re done with Panda Express and won’t be returning. The menu didn’t meet our expectations at all.

They skimp on the servings and claim it's because they’re running low on food. But come on, it’s lunchtime, and you’re out of orange chicken? That’s ridiculous. Overall, this was the worst Panda I’ve ever been to. Goodbye.

I went through the drive-thru specifically to order honey sesame chicken, and after waiting in a long line, I found out it was unavailable. When I inquired if they would be making more, the staff member rudely responded, "NO, WE ARE ALL OUT," giving me a disdainful look as if I were foolish for asking. Once he closed the window, I saw him telling a co-worker about me, and she looked at me and shook her head in disapproval. This behavior was very unprofessional. I won't be returning.
