The only thing is now you cannot sit in the dining room anymo... read more The food was hot and delicious. I ordered 2 triple cheese burgers, a Big Mac and two medium fries. The only thing is now you cannot sit in the dining room anymore. Since covid-19 and the homeless and their usual unsafe and unsanitary conditions.

You know, on a Sunday morning, I wanted to stop and have a breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee as I waited for my friend to meetup with me and we could relax... read more You know, on a Sunday morning, I wanted to stop and have a breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee as I waited for my friend to meetup with me and we could relax for a minute and chit chat/catch up before we went about our day. Since I happened to be onthis side of town, we agreed to meet at McDonald's. Well, I get there before he does by about 2 minutes and the lobby's closed(Still... . The only lobby in all of Tucson that still has their lobby closed compared to just about any business,anywhere. I understand/know the area and the homeless situation, but I think I should've been able to eat my sandwich inside(instead of outside on the side of the building like I did for those 2 minutes prior to my friend getting there; and, would'vebeen nice to have a cup of coffee as well... Anyway, I waited outside eating my food while he ordered and had to leave afterreceiving it because he ,nor I, wanted to enjoy our purchases outside. I never got that cup of coffee because of thediscouragement I don't think people (e.g.: who may want to get out of their car from driving for a moment with the kids should have to be inconvenienced because you don't want homeless people coming in the lobby. There's other business locationsthat deal with the same problem, yet, they've opened their lobby. Not very inviting, no consideration, and not very in humane inregards for view upon human life (all my opinion . Only thing to prevent a one star was that take out was open, and it wasquick, this time.

The manager was screaming out food o... read more This McDonald's was very crowded with people waiting in line for their orders. We waited in line for our food over an hour. The manager was screaming out food orders to the other employees like an auctioneer. I had to eventually ask about our order whenother people that came in after us got there food quickly and left. The floor was messy with trash from the French fry area andfull and empty cups of soda were strewn around on the counter by the registers. It seemed very chaotic and confusing. It washard to believe that the service was so poor. We went there at about 4:30 pm on a Tuesday and we're ready to walk out withoutour food. My friend just wanted to leave. The food was OK but the wait was unbearably. This store needs better management Itseems. Rose Davis
