Rooms are casita-style spread over 14 acres of well- landscaped grounds. Rooms are well-appointed with quality, traditional furnishings. Amenities include a pool (heated in winter), sauna, fitness room, badminton, tennis, croquet, pingpong, and bicycles. There are 2 dining rooms, one is seasonal. Great place for a staycation.

Moved to ano... read more Had a fairly expensive 1 night stay here. The price did not match the room or accommodations. Our first room smelled very bad (old dirty cat liter? Moved to another room, smell was less, but still did not smell good, after the second room we decided to just sleep our night out, and won't be coming back.Noteworthy details: Hotel is very old and has history, but in desperate need of some modernizing.

I hate to return food but next time I will. It is so rude to serve burnt toast to people that are paying good money for the food.Noteworthy details: The have a very nice gift shop. The things they sell are unique. I will definitely be back to shop for gifts.
