The crew on the closing shift are by far the best group of folks I've dealt with in any KFC on the north side. Damien, in particular, make sure I got the order that I wanted even though I could just tell that everybody really wanted to go home. This location doesn't get the recognition it deserves, there's been a lot of improvement and it shows! View all feedback.

At 6:55 pm Store claimed to be out of chicken breasts for the family 8 piece buckect (probably didn't want to make more chicken since they close at 8) said there was only dark meat, wanted to charge me full price for the meal even though if you add white meat they charge you extra, when I offered to accept chicken strips, in lieu of the breast was told that was against policy and was not possible. We went through the drive-thru, and after we paid, they informed us we'd have an 8-minute wait for biscuits. We ended up waiting about 10 minutes, and when we got home, we discovered they forgot the cole slaw. I called right away, but no one answered. After trying to reach them multiple times with no luck, I decided to go back, which was quite inconvenient for me. When I arrived, they handed me the cole slaw, and I asked if their phone was working. The staff member said it probably was, but it was in the office with the door closed, so communication doesn’t seem to be a priority for them. It was really disappointing to see their lack of care for customer service.
I would not recommend purchasing anything from this location. I had a very bad experience on August 30, 2022. I ordered an 8-piece bucket with two sides and four biscuits and paid $28.00. However, my order did not include any biscuits. I called the manager at that moment to request a refund, and when I went back today, they only wanted to give me $3.26. The lady in charge claimed, "You didn't bring the chicken," and refused to refund my money. They have really rude attitudes towards customers.
I’ve been delivering for the community for a little while now, and I’ve consistently encountered problems at this location. Orders are frequently delayed, and I’ve noticed that no one in the kitchen wears gloves, which raises sanitation concerns since they’re moving around the entire back area and occasionally stepping into the lobby. Additionally, I’ve only seen a few staff members who seem to enjoy their work, and the customer service definitely needs improvement. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Ok, but good customer service would indicate that if you did not plan your inventory correctly you should at the very least do SOMETHING to make up for the shortcoming. VERY poor customer service on the part of this location, and yes, the manager was right there. Maybe my canceled $30 order is just pennies in the big picture, but if enough people do it, it is a notable problem. Food for thought.
Why do they do online orders and never get it right I sent my daughter to pick up and she came back home with the wrong order and they don?t even answer the phone to fix it. I?m in avra valley it?s far to go all the way to Cortaro just for a mixup that you guys did. What a disappointment?.
