Festa Buffet
Description
Dining experiences at this buffet have garnered mixed reviews, highlighting a significant decline in quality and value. While the ambiance is appreciated, the food options are often described as limited and poorly executed, with many expressing disappointment over rising prices. Instances of rude service have further tarnished the experience, overshadowing a once-favorable reputation. Some patrons do praise specific offerings, like snow crab legs, but overall, the consensus leans toward discontent. For families seeking value, alternative dining options may be more appealing, as this buffet struggles to justify its cost amidst growing dissatisfaction.

Outstanding food quality and service. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We came from out of town and wanted to try this buffet for its seafood night, rapidly realized employees looked unprofessional our drinks were flat and did not get refilled until we asked. The meat selection was super low quality and tough. The rest of the food was low quality at best. All 4 members of my party had to use the restroom multiple times even throughout the following day. We were really looking forward to enjoying a nice buffet with great food but was met with mediocre to low quality service and food. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
