I really enjoyed this restaurant. first deceives the size of the burger. in comparison to almost food burgers it looks small, but it is thick and, after weight,... read more I really enjoyed this restaurant. first deceives the size of the burger. in comparison to almost food burgers it looks small, but it is thick and, after weight, it is larger than a quarter cuts. medium rare is ideal as the meat is 95% lean. it could be a bit dry if they prepared it well. our burgers were prepared as ordered and very tasty, and we liked that the meat is fed and no antibiotics. my wife ordered the gluten-free brot and was very happy with it. the fries were also fantastic, especially when they use the diving sauce. my order of the burger and pommes was full. our waitress was excellent and healing. the tap beer was only three dollars per pint during the happy hour. the atmosphere was very cold and comfortable. we stepped back and saw how the people run through the big windows of the front. also try the different types of dips for their pommes. we'll see you next time. also we really like their business model to be local as all sold items from nearby sources.
