The chicken gnocchi was excellent. The fish and chips was overcooked and had a burned taste. The calamari appetizer has nice tasting sauce, but was overcooked. Service was good, but not returning. Overrated. View all feedback. What Shawna Wintheiser likes about Congress Tap Room:
