Congress Tap Room - Tucson

The restaurant is located in the hotel. It was very crowded for lunch the day we visited, but we could get 2 seats at the bar. The bartender/ waiter was very appealing and entertaining. Food was excellent

I got the gnocchi and it was amazing how the cocktails from the bartender. Our server was obviously cried and we told her it's okay sweet!! She was professional and came back to work, but I just felt like the staff in general...not a great look. Maybe it was just a free day.

Always fantastic atmosphere, service and food! Every time we're in Tucson, we go to breakfast and have never been disappointed!

We dined at the Cup Café twice during this Tucson visit, and have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. For the first visit husband ordered the fish tacos, and I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. Chicken was terrific, and the side salad was very fresh and delicious. Husband liked his fish tacos. Husband's salad with blackened tofu was the better dish during our second visit, though my cauliflower tacos were quite good. Service is always good, and an inexpensive parking garage is only about a block away.

Sometimes somebody gets it just right! Super spot! When you walk in and each staff member greets you with a smile, you know you are in the right place. Then you get a waiter like Kim, you are positive. Water at our table before we got fully seated. Kim arrives with menus, great suggestions and quick drink order. Service was prompt, efficient and provided with a smile. Super Barrio appetizer is fantastic! Ordered the tamales, split a order and was served nicely divided. Always an indication to me of a classy place. And my friend in the know approved the tamales!Forsook delicious deserts to head over to the Century Room for some fantastic music and quality drinks. A overall great evening. And free parking behind the hotel.
