One time I even got a milk tea that was so diluted and flavorless that it tasted like it was made with instant milk tea powder. However, seeing that they're under new management, I decided to give it a shot. I was not disappointed! The vibe is very cute and friendly inside with TVs playing music, cute plushies, a couch, games, and a variety of sweets to go with your drink. The cashier/barista was very friendly and informative as to which drinks she recommended and what topping was good in the drink I chose. I chose the Creme Brulee Milk Tea, 75% sweet with regular boba. The tea flavor was very good, and the drink was creamy and definitely like the dessert it was named after. The boba was also quite good chewy and not too soft or hard. I am very happy Chatime has improved because Tucson's boba scene has been seriously lacking and it's finally getting better!
