I ordered the Bomba combo and chose the spinach and mushroom empanada. However, I could only taste spinach and didn't notice any mushrooms. The cilantro sauce wasn't really to my liking; it tasted a bit off and sour. On the other hand, the jicama salad was very fresh and delicious, as were the lentils. The staff were extremely friendly, taking the time to explain the menu and offer recommendations.
I love it here! The empanadas are filled with flavor and always satisfying.My favorites in order:1. Pork2. Chicken3. Breakfast chorizo4. Breakfast ham and cheeseThey all pair nicely with their green sauce (Don’t remember what it’s called).Their chicken masala, also very delicious with their rice and black beans.I don’t think I’ve ever disliked anything I’ve tried on their menu.
