The ser... read more If you're familiar with the food here, you know it's just okay and a bit expensive. The atmosphere is fun and it's one of the few restaurants open late. The service is decent, if you order a drink from a table and not the bar, it does take a long time.

He was super friendly and funny and help... read more My partner's family and I came for lunch on Father's Day. We were taken to our table around 2pm and our server was Bob. He was super friendly and funny and helped us navigate the menu super well. We were only there for about an hour and Bob was superpresent and attentive and was always there when we needed more water or an extra ranch or something silly like that. Even thoughit was busy for Father's Day, Bob was cheerful and chatty and made the day feel special. Thank you so much, Bob! We allappreciated you.

I went ahead and submitted the orde... read more We did an online order for dinner tonight. While on the checkout page, the system said the soonest pick up time was 7:01 PM. I went ahead and submitted the order and it said pick up time was 7:10. Okay, no big deal. I get to the restaurant at 7:09, sitthere for 3 minutes and no one comes out to the curbside area. So I call the number on the sign the girl that picked up thephone said it would be about 5 more mins for her to finish packing everything up. Same girl comes outside for me to sign thereceipt and mentions adding a tip. I put down $5 because I do recognize she?s spending SOME time bagging up boxes and bringingthem out to me and she makes sure to look down check the receipt as she?s walking back inside. At 7:30, my order is nowherein sight. I decide to walk in and after about 3 minutes, the same girl walks out from the kitchen with my bags. I make a commentto her about the order being over 20 minutes late and ask what the problem was and she blatantly ignores me and starts walkingaway, even as I?m still trying to talk to her. Another woman (manager I?m assuming) comes out about 1 2 minutes later, asking ifshe can help me. I explain the situation to her, mentioning the attitude of the original girl and she basically just gives me aweak apology and asks if I want to go through the order with her to make sure everything is there. How about offering a partialrefund? A credit for next time? An explanation for the delays and disrespect? All of these restaurants are telling us to?support? them with the struggling sales and tough economic times but they don?t actually seem to care about earning ormaintaining repeat customers. A sincere apology, with reassurance that attitudes late orders would be reviewed and dealt withaccordingly probably would?ve sufficed. But instead, I spend $75 and receive a meal that?s 25 minutes late, was half cold aftera 2 minute drive home and had stale fries tortilla chips with a dip that tasted terrible. Ther

The chef did g... read more I ordered delivery last week as they had free delivery, had a whiskey burger it was really good.. yesterday I tried a steak but was disappointed. The chef did great, steak was cooked as I asked (still pink) but it was just not a good steak, every bite hada vein I had to.. sorry spit out.. thank goodness I was not in restaurant.. and the broccoli was hard I had to cook it to eatit.. so bummed especially since it's a $16.99 meal! Just be aware when ordering steaks not in restaurant.

The appetizers, including pretzels with beer cheese and mozzarella sticks, were served hot and were delicious. However, my steak, ordered medium rare, was cooked unevenly with one side tasting well done and the other side being more rare/medium. The green beans were disappointing and not very flavorful. Despite these issues, everyone else at the table enjoyed their meals.
