Contribute Feedback What Christiana Hermiston doesn't like about The Chop House:
if the food content can increase a little more, that would be nice, oh, yet something, I had lunch in chop house many times with my friend mr. wong, a more frequent visit, her coffee tastes like about brew, much too bitter, hope than can improve, I'm sorry if I say too much. thx and overall it is a very nice place to hang around with friends. eating is good, personal are all good and friendly View all feedback.

All staffs were attentive, foods were delicious too, especially the pork! Definitely come back!
Very disappointed with the customer service from the manager. She took our order and wrote them down But none of the order we got was right except for the sandwich. My other female friend and I ordered soup and what came was salad. My friend asked for Med rare sirloin but got Med well instead and the manager asked me for temperature for my Tenderloin to which I ordered and she brought me Sirloin and insisted that was what I ordered. And she said I even asked you for the temperature I explained to her I wanted Tenderloin and didn 't even know it 's already cooked well done. She asked me the temperature and I just answered her question. We 've asked to change and had to wait extra 15 mins. It was a chaotic experience from the beggining. Thankfully the Filipina waitress helped us sort it out and got us the orders we wanted. Would have been a great restaurant if there 's no such mistake. Maybe try repeating customer 's order next time so there 's no confusion.
