I like pret in general, as I find their food and vegan coffees to be delicious and they are reliable. the location at the aia does not always have a whole range... read more I like pret in general, as I find their food and vegan coffees to be delicious and they are reliable. the location at the aia does not always have a whole range of vegan dining options. they occasionally had a vegan sandwich, vegan salad and vegan suppe. they love their vegan soup especially, which is fresh and lumpy. once I visited this place and they had no vegan sandwiches or suppen, so I had to go to the subway instead.

The lady in the white shirt looked like she was day dreaming, i got a box of pasta (hot dish) and she wasn't going to give me a paper bag to put it in. and when... read more The lady in the white shirt looked like she was day dreaming, i got a box of pasta (hot dish) and she wasn't going to give me a paper bag to put it in. and when i asked for one, she just stuffed the box in, i wanted to fix it beacuse I knew it would spill when i walk, and when i was fixing the bag she just said NEXT, when the shop was not busy before 12 and the next customer was still thinking of what to get. she looked like a manger. the male manager was cheerful and kind. I don't know why you have this lady at the till. please talk to the staff or you will lose custoemrs. (i have been coming in here for a while beacuse I work at the building)

I opted for a hot sandwich this time since I had already tried their wraps and salads. I noticed two tempting options in the sandwich section of the fridge: the Ham English Cheddar Hot Sandwich or the New York Deli. Ultimately, I chose the New York Deli because it included cheese and sauerkraut. The New York Deli sandwich consisted of emmental cheese, honey mustard mayo, pastrami, and sauerkraut, which was heated up after I ordered it. When I picked up my toasted sandwich, the aroma of multigrain bread was enticing. The combination of melted cheese, pastrami, and the sharp sauerkraut between slices of crispy yet soft multigrain bread was absolutely delicious.
