Mcdonald's - Truro

5 mins to lunch and they wouldn't serve me lunch . That's fine then i was pulled off to the side because they had to make My food fresh .... if they had to make my food fresh why didn't they just serve me from the lunch menu like i asked. And I was waiting past the apparent 11 lunch start . Not to mention stood in lobby for 10 mins before going through drive thru and no one even took my order never even said anything to me . This is the absolute worst McDonalds on the planet! Staff are rude, order area is very dirty, bathroom looks like it doubles as a place that raises the livestock that produces the meal your going to consume. Also you could be the only one in the drive thru amd youll still get asked if you can park and wait for your order. If you have no time to spare or have a set standard of hygenics this is not the place to stop for a lunch time snack. This is, by far and non THE worst mcdonald 's, not only in the province but probably in the country. My order is literally always wrong and the milkshake machine is literally always broken or being cleaned it 's not an every now and then thing. The management there clearly refuses to do anything about it. Please DO NOT give this place your business. There are two more mcdonald 's in town. One attached to Walmart and one in Bible hill. If you must go to McDonald 's go there. DO NOT give this place your business. If McDonald 's isn 't a deal breaker the Wendy 's right down the street has great service and the frosty machine is never broken. I don 't know who owns this location but you should be ashamed.

During busy hours this place is always filthy, but the staff are generally nice and they’ve never messed up my order. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
