The restaurant has a great concept, but for the price, the portions are not very generous if you order a hot meal with salad. A small salad costs around $5, which is reasonable, but the portions are small. View all feedback.

A health food store that offers great lunch specials that keep you wanting to try more, very healthy
Taco Tuesday and the Glory Bowl on Wednesdays are to die for! You feel great after eating them, the price is reasonable for what you get, and it is delicious beyond imagination. Start with either one of these dishes and I guarantee you will keep returning.
I was in looking for mullein leaf and they didn't have any in but put it on order for me and will call me. Good service! I was also shown a product that may help out with my C.O.P.D and will try it as well.
I was in Truro for a hockey tournament. It was great to find the Healthy Habit amidst a sea of fast food. Had a delicious glory bowl with peanut sauce. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vegan/vegetarian/gluten free option.
