When the dining area is closed, the drive-thru should ideally be quick, but that’s not the case here. It seems like they need to hire more staff, as I've noticed 3 to 4 employees at the main window just waiting for orders to come from the kitchen. Another place I visited had a similar issue, where customers expected to wait 20 to 25 minutes in the drive-thru, but they managed to streamline their service. Hopefully, this restaurant can improve as well.
