It’s always prompt, friendly, attentive, and they’re quick to apologize if something is unavailable. The staff is also fast and generous with their portions! My only complaints are that they frequently run out of steak, which forces me to change my order, and they’ve stopped making the pizza sub. It also seems like they don’t train new employees properly on how to make a simple sandwich. Additionally, the tables have been sticky, so I’ve started taking my food to go.

Unfortunately,... read more I placed an online order at this restaurant. The employee made my sandwich on the wrong bread, but I chose not to say anything and ate it anyway. Unfortunately, I discovered a dead gnat in my sandwich, and noticed that there were flying gnats all around the drink machine as well. It is not a sanitary place to eat, so I do not recommend dining here.

I could hear two voices coming from the back of the restaurant. I waited for several minutes to place my order, but the staff continued their conversation and ignored me. Eventually, I walked around to the front of the counter in an attempt to get their attention, but they still did not acknowledge me. Disappointed by the lack of service, I decided to leave without placing an order.
