Kfc - Troy

Last night at 8:30 pm, I visited the drive-through of a restaurant and tried to order chicken gizzards and chicken livers, but was told they were out of stock. I then attempted to order tenders, only to be told they were also out of stock. The only option available was chicken breasts. This experience was disappointing and is reflective of the consistently poor service we have experienced at this particular KFC location in Troy. It is not surprising to see that they are currently seeking new management positions on Indeed, as our experiences have been far from satisfactory.

The biscuits smelled delicious, but there was no indication that it was drive-thru only. The woman working inside was difficult to understand, possibly due to having a mouthful of biscuits. It came across as somewhat rude.

This was my first time dining at this restaurant, as they have torn down the old one and built a brand new KFC. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was very tasty, but it was not spicy enough for my liking - it was more like a Nashville warm chicken sandwich. Next time, I will try a different sandwich or check out the KFC buffet. They also offer free wifi at this location.

The staff was very nice and friendly, they helped me with ordering my food even though the dining area was closed and I couldn't bring my trailer through the drive-thru.

Since the pandemic, the restaurant no longer offers a buffet and prices have significantly increased. We decided to visit the drive-thru, but after seeing the high prices, we chose to leave without making a purchase.
