It was also odd that they don't accept rewards, especially for an independent Dunkin' Donuts.

When I finally asked if anyone w... read more The coffee was excellent, however, the service was very poor. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. When I finally asked if anyone was working behind the counter, I was rudely told in a very noticeable tone that someone would be with me soon. I interrupted their laughter, only to overhear someone using vulgar language as they were told to come to the counter.
