Charged my card twice a few months ago. Wound up getting into a full blown argument with the the staff and the manager because they could not see the second transaction on their end, even though the employee swiped my card twice and I showed them from my account where the money had been taken out twice. The final result was them telling me to dispute it with my credit card company! I let that go, and was going to give them a little more business today. Called asking about ice cream cakes and the lady on the phone was so rude! She said she didn 't have any prices for me and had to get off the phone because she was busy! She hung up and when I called back she acted like she couldn 't hear me! I had to just laugh...

Just watched an employee take the garbage out, walked back in the kitchen and never washed his hands. Plus the bathroom area really STINKS.. They need to do a lot of maintenance, ceilings and lights

Good ice cream, but the men's bathroom was disgusting. The urinal and the sink hasn't been cleaned in a really long time. And the hand soap was either empty or didn't work. I specifically told the staff about the issues, and while I was there, nothing was done. At least fix the soap issue immediately. Normally, I will not eat a place that doesn't have soap, since I wonder how the male employees clean their hands. They were all women today, so I let it slide. Additionally, the AC wasn't working, so they had portables piping in through the open doors. Hello owners ...Corporate, this place needs attention. Pictures posted of facility, not the food.

Ordered two large chocolate Sundays when I got to window I paid for large but I got to melted Sundays that did not even fill up the lower half of the container. When I complained clerk slammed window. This is not the first time. This store either has employees that don't know what they are doing or care. Or the store is intentionally ripping off customers.
