I had my first visit today, and it certainly won’t be my last. My entire culinary experience was excellent. The restaurant was spotless, and both the owner and the staff were extremely nice and friendly. The owner personally came out to check on our order, showing that he truly cares about his customers and wants to ensure a great experience. The cheeseburger was out of this world—it's the biggest and definitely the best tasting burger I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I even tried a bite of my friend's steak, and it was incredible. We can't wait to come back! What a fantastic place!

After returning from the beach, we were eager for a bite to eat. My wife discovered the Troy location online and placed our order over the phone. When she mentioned she needed gluten-free options, they informed her they had run out of gluten-free bread, but offered to make a special trip to restock. When we arrived, the food was hot and ready, and we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The burgers were outstanding. If we lived in Troy, Preston's would definitely be a weekly go-to. We're planning to make it a must-stop on our future beach trips!!!

For our main courses, we had a ribeye steak with a baked potato, and a cheeseburger with toppings. We also enjoyed bourbon molasses wings paired with sweet potato waffle fries. To top it all off, we shared a piece of chocolate cake. Everything was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant!

However, the server was fantastic and managed everything on her own tonight. I would definitely recommend this place—11/10 for service! Overall, it was a great experience as a first-time customer.
