I used to visit this restaurant simply because it was the closest option to my workplace. However, every time I try to customize my order, things go wrong. Today was the final straw. I wanted a Surge, but it's no longer available in the freestyle machine. I ordered a Whopper combo with cheese, no onion or tomato, and mustard. The only thing they got right was leaving out the onion. They forgot the cheese (even though I was charged for it), there was no mayo or mustard, just a bit of lettuce, and barely enough ketchup to call it included. Now that they don't have Surge anymore, I'll be heading to Wendy's instead, where I can still get Vanilla Coke and the food is much better.
It was not good first thing to mention is that we got the wrong order, my wife got me the original chicken sandwich and it was made wrong I asked for no cheese..... and add tomato ,onion and bacon my wife ordered the bacon king and the whole order was wrong ,i called the store and they said they would replace our order the next time we come back, i say a week later we got our replacement meal and it was no better the fries were warm at best and soggy my original chicken sandwich looked like it was just sloped together way too much mayo I had to wipe it off my wife couldn't eat hers it was cold as well her bun was soggy and so was her fries the person at the window was rude and acted like she hated her job as much as we spent on our meal it could've been hot very disappointing service If you're going to treat your customers right do it the first time
Got the regular chicken sandwich meal in large size. The fries were soggy some were over cooked and hard very salty and tasted like onion rings...I found 2 onion rings in my fries. I usually don't go to the one in Troy usually Tipp City or the one on Miller Lane in Dayton never any problems at them two others.
I went to cash in my crowns I have over a thousand but this location will not take them for anything you can gain crowns from this location but you cannot redeem them I think that's a huge flaw in the system here...
I visited the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon, and there were only two other customers there. As it often happens with fast food, my order was incorrect. I had to return my bacon cheeseburger because it was missing the bacon. The employee took the burger back but did not wear gloves while handling it. He removed the bun with his bare hands and added bacon with one hand while resting the bun against his shirt. I wasn't impressed and ended up requesting a refund before leaving. BK, please train your staff better.
