She was absolu... read more I have always loved Ruby Tuesday for the amazing salad bar and variety of menu options. I just visited the RT in Troy Ohio. My server was Olivia. She was absolutely exceptional! She was very kind, friendly and helpful. The manager was also very friendly with all the guests making sure they were well satisfied and well taken care of. This restaurant is under new management and it shows. It's back to the RT I am used to!

Haven't had Ruby Tuesday's in a long while and this one didn't disappoint.

First it... read more We came back to this location in response to a great promo. Delighted by this experience. Location is under new management and WOW what a difference!! First it was fully staffed and they were clearly customer focused. Josh the GM was out and visible ensuring his team was on it for customers. After my experiences here under prior management this experience tonight took this location back to the top of my choices in Troy. Please extend my thanks to the entire team!! Steaks were perfect too so thanks to everyone!! Glad to see this restaurant back to its opening standards….Great job Josh and team!!

Had the standard sauce-it exceeded my expectations. Baker was perfectly cooked with plenty of butter and sour cream. Beer was cold plus they had Stella. Makers hit the mark. GM spent some time with me, had a good convo. Staff was attentive. Salad bar looked outstanding. Overall was pleasantly surprised, had a wonderful experience. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Could use a patio.
