Every time I go, I am reminded just how much I love it all over again. Not only is the food super tasty but everyone on their team always has the best attitudeand is always willing to answer questions when I have them. Not only that but the attention to detail and cleanliness isoutstanding! Don?t bother going anywhere else!

The meats are slow-cooked to perfection and the service is quick. Whether you're in the mood for ribs, brisket, pulled pork, or anything else, they've got you covered! They also offer all the classic sides like cornbread, beans, potato salad, and corn on the cob. The house-made sauces are excellent, and don't forget to try the turtle brownies and other desserts. There are also souvenirs available. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I absolutely love this place!

He mentioned, "It looks like they use St. Louis-style ribs, which tend to be quite fatty. The smoked sausage is good, but I really had my heart set on ribs. I just can't do them anymore." The service was nice and the staff friendly, but unfortunately, the main dish—ribs—is not worth getting.

Here's a rewritten version of the restaurant review: I genuinely enjoy Billy Sim's BBQ. The quality is always reliable, the prices are fair, and I can get in and out quickly. Recently, they've introduced lunch specials, which are a good value, although I wish they wouldn’t charge extra for the brisket or mac and cheese. The options are somewhat limited, mainly offering chopped chicken with just a couple of sides. I ended up choosing the beans. The staff is friendly, the food is tasty, and I've never had any issues here. I plan to keep coming back regularly. Definitely give it a try!
