Description

Set in an idyllic garden with sweeping views, this relaxed eatery pairs attentive service and well-prepared food with locally brewed beer and flexible menus that accommodate dietary needs. It’s a peaceful escape from city noise and a popular choice for laid-back celebrations, art classes and small events where staff add warm, personal touches.

Guests praise the sunny setting, calm atmosphere and excellent service, though the high‑tea offering can disappoint (tea sometimes served in disposable cups) and specialized art instruction may be geared to beginners.

We decided to have lunch at this restaurant because we enjoy trying new, local, and atmospheric places. We were pleasantly surprised by the great ambiance, tasty food, and the friendly and attentive staff. We definitely plan on coming back in the future.

We had a fantastic baby shower at Troway Hall yesterday. Everyone loved the beautiful setting and the happy baby! It was a lovely, laid-back day filled with love, shared with our loved ones. Annie provided fantastic entertainment that got everyone dancing and created unforgettable memories. The views were incredible and the food options catered to all dietary needs. The food quality was outstanding! The staff was attentive and all our guests had a wonderful time. A big thank you to Gloria, Alan, and their amazing team! My husband and I highly recommend The Beestro!

I had a pleasant afternoon at this restaurant. It felt like a peaceful escape from the noise and congestion of the city. I left feeling rejuvenated and calm, and I will certainly return. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly.

Fabulous setting and lovely sunshine for the art class with Craig Longmuir. Firstly the food avoid the high tea and ask for a panini instead! You have been warned. The class was mixed ability and I was hoping to learn about Craig’s particular style. He was a very nice person and very helpful but this was a class for beginners so although I had an enjoyable day I didn’t learn anything I was expecting.

Very nice place with a nice menu. However when I order tea in such a nice garden I expect a POT OF TEA. Not a paper cup of tea. Hope they understand this one day.
