Ordered a meal tonight and only half the order was delivered. When I phoned to let them know they said they would deliver the rest. Then they wanted another delivery charge. So they wanted paid twice for delivery. The food was mediocre nothing special but the attitude when I complained was I'll pass the message on. Customer service mediocre as well so I won't be back. Plenty of other nice restaurants in troon. Meal type: Dinner

Waited almost 3 hrs to collect a meal as christmas eve very busy. Fair enough i thought,,however the food was not good at all i mean from the starters to the main,,,very bad show Panda house from a frequent customer,,also cash only?? Normally we can use cards.
