Animal milk is not a vegetable basis. I came here because I wanted to taste vegan baked goods, but they had none. the baked were they possessed were not vegetable/vegan. they had three vegans/plants on the basis of their menu, but this does not make them a plant-based concept. if they actually want to be a plant-based concept, they must dig, as they claim, cow milk and all other animal products. It’s outrageous and very upsetting… therefore 3 stars, but only because I expect better from you. what can you do to change this? What can we as community do? Otherwise, Pust is the only fully vegetarian café around, and even if I wish they pushed for fully plant-based like they did before, they have my respect and kudos for making a positive impact.
