Inside there is not much room, 4 5 tables no more, that is the right size to assure a good quality of service. On the menu different types of pasta, personalized versions of classical italian (and Piedmont dishes, meat and fish (fresh choice from everyday market . I was a little bit disappointed by the dessert. Maybe I'll need to have a second visit to retry... : the price is aligned with the category of the restaurant.

If you are looking for a refined and sophisticated cuisine, La Valle is the right place. You will taste traditional plates totally rewieved in their flavour and above all on their presentation. A couple of things to be prepared: 1) It 's very expensive. The price can be also very high due to the wine you chose as the offer in terms of variety is terrific 2) Better in couple than group; I tried both and the service is significantly different especially in group; since you have to wait until anyone is served before starting, the food is most of the time not so properly warm as it should be 3) Don 't ask for caffeine free coffee...I 've been told two times Sorry, we went run of it
