And I wa... read more I don 't miss 'having a waitress 's. I was prepared to hate e- orders. The staff, well.. Courtney, was so helpful and welcoming. The process was eased. And I watched her help a large family and seat them comfortably also. The food is improved and I 'm on my way there now.

The place is fresh and clean .. you order a... read more Loved the new experience of this place. Man oh man I missed steak and shake and taking it home is just not the same. The place is fresh and clean .. you order at the counter and pay then They call you up to grab it. I felt like the food came up faster and fresher with less fuss. We will definitely be back. Of course I miss the service but this way felt a little more convenient and faster.
